How do they get away with it..

Basically agreeing with everyone else here, ordered a swiss army knife on the thursday (before 2pm), paid 7 odd pound for 'next day delivery' including the £50 for the knife its self! waited in friday.. nothing. emailed them that same day and got a poxy automated email saying there had been a dely, replied and got another automated email saying the exact same. so now its monday and i was waiting to ring them up (its obvious you cant get in touch) and now im worried after seeing all these reviews.. what a joke!

i have well and truly learnt my lesson, always check a site for the correct contact details!!
