Victoria Plumb
great value, very reliable
After looking around several DIY websites for a shower and riser to no avail, I checked out victoria plumb expecting them to be too expensive. In fact I found just what i wanted, better value than the other places and received it within 2 days. Painless.

Not everything I asked for
My order was slightly complicated, as I wanted some other engraving on the other sides of the trophy base (past winners). I emailed Allsports with the list and instructions then called to make sure the order was understood. I was assured it was.
The order arrived today (Monday 28) and the other engraving has not been done.
Also, in the phone call I chose a different cup because it was larger but it was actually less expensive (£31.50 over £54) . I received this cheaper cup but have been charged for the expensive one.
Not only that, but I was assured when I made the order (Fri 18) it would take 5 days and I would reeive it by Friday (25). This was important as the cup final was on Sunday 27. As I said before it didn't turn up until today (Mon 28).
