I had a problem with a prat of a provider. ( not laterooms )

We’re contacting you regarding your reservation number ********R at Leisure Inn Hotel, arrival date 29th May 2012.
Due to our fax machine failure we have not received reservation confirmation from Laterooms.com with your full credit card details and therefore we cannot confirm your reservation.
Please provide us with full credit card details to guarantee your reservation otherwise we will not be held responsible if the room gets sold out.

The long and short of it was I tried to make contact as they requested, but they didnt answer their phones, later that day they contacted me I advised them I had no choice but to book elsewhere, they advised that they were going to charge the account anyway, after I informed her that I wasnt happy and would be expressing my views she then changed her tune to say that Laterooms would, so i contacted late rooms and was very impressed with the way in which they dealt with my complaint, the lady I spoke wiht contacted the hotel directly to resolve the matter and so far I havent been charged.
Thanks Late Rooms I will be back !
