Delivered what I ordered within stated time - 4.5 stars
I ordered a custom built system, which arrived within the two week window stated. The system worked out of the box - as you would expect, and was exactly as I'd specified.
I've taken a look inside the case and the build is tidy, with cabling tied back to allow plenty of airflow. A nice job - thank you.
So why didn't I give 5 stars?
Apart from the order acknowledgement and the mail saying the system had been shipped, there was no comms. So I had no idea when within the two week window the system was going to arrive - just a mail to say the build was scheduled would have helped. If half-stars were allowed you would have got 4.5.

It's a Shed - Exactly what I ordered!
I ordered a budget shed, and got exactly that. There are no frills about this - it was value for money.
What did shine was the customer service. They rang me to conform the order, which was placed on the web, and to confirm the delivery date. They offered an earlier date if I wanted.
On the delivery day, the driver called 30 minutes before he was due to arrive, and confirmed that we'd be around. When he turned up, he was cheerful and put the parts of the shed where we wanted them.
If I need another garden building, I'll look here first
