Stoves Are Us are Absolute Fraudsters

I ordered a stove from them in 2009 which they told me would be 4 weeks delivery. 28 weeks later and they refuse to give me my money back. The police say its a civil case and won't deal with it so I now have to take them to court

Please could you contact our offices on 01484 434320 we have never refused to give a customer a refund if they haven't received the goods they have purchased, are you sure you have written this review on the correct company?
