Disgusting Service - Money Theifs

I ordered 10 pairs of Mickey Mouse headphones as I thought they were extremely cheap and a good place to shop. I also read reviews online that look like they have been crafted from the Focal Price website themselves thus totally false.

Upon ordering on the 2nd February this year I have STILL not received my item. I ordered two things and one I have been given a refund for and another they are only saying they will give me vouchers due to it being more than 3 months with PayPal policies to make a formal complaint and get a refund.

They do reply quick to emails yet they still say the same thing, they cannot give me a refund via PayPal 'just yet' but they will offer me a voucher to compensate for order. Will never, ever be buying from them again they have literally stole money off me and it is NOT ON.

Awful company.
