We have just been shopping in Morrisons and we have been caught out again. We are aware of the devious tactics adopted, yet despite our best efforts we have failed again.
Morrisons have just about all their proprietary breakfast cereals on a multibuy basis of two items for £4 - and you can mix and match. We purchased Cheerios and Cocopops, and it wasn't until we returned home that I realised we had not been credited with the multibuy discount.
This has happened in the past, and if you contact customer services they ignore you completely.
This is a typical scam conducted by Morrisons, and most of the time we spot it in the shop and get it sorted, but it happens too many times to be a coincidence.
This Organisation provide atrocious technical support, of very low quality, and totally unimaginative.
They lie and mislead their customers, and the only advantage is the low cost of their services.
My broadband speed had deteriorated over time from 2.4Mb to less than 1Mb, and I was informed that was within their parameters. I changed to BT and using the same exchange and the same telephone lines I am now at 4.3MB
I have dealt with Amazon for a long time, and I have always been impressed with their prices and efficiency of delivery.
Of late I have noticed significant price increases, and they are becoming comparable to others, or on some products more expensive, and I wonder whether they are now trying to offer everything at the expense of their competitiveness
I have placed two orders for proprietary water irrigation components, and having searched the internet for suppliers and prices, I have established that Garden4less have the most comprehensive range available, and their prices are far more attractive than other suppliers.
When you add in how expedient their delivery is, it will be my first point of call when searching for items for the garden or outdoors.
