Part of order was sent incorrectly, initial call to customer services didn't yield the anticipated response but email response was very good and customer services apologised and will send the correct item . Thanks for correcting the mistake.
Ordered a cube set of Rattan Furniture that was delivered within a week and is excellent quality. Saleslady was very helpful and appreciated my need for quick delivery. Would certainly recommend these guys, found them on google search and had not heard of them before, but will use again.
Waiting for a call or an email as to the whereabouts or intended delivery date for my rattan garden furniture despite calling twice and being promised a call back.
Hopefully Trustpilot will help me get a response.
Update... 6 days later, 3 (unanswered) emails later, still no news or phone call. Hopeless.
Update... 7 days later, I rang again and was offered a refund as goods would take another 2-4 weeks to be delivered.
I have been a customer for a number of years of currencies direct. Everything is fine and the rates are decent enough when I deal by email or phone but since they have started using the automatic online payment (iPayFX) I have not enjoyed the experience.
3 times I have tried to use and 3 times it has failed and the worst thing was that I was in a position where it wasn't even clear if my trade had executed so I had to do the trade again. Then I was sent 2 contract notes so I had in fact doubled my trade. All the tech help desk was able to do was ask me to send a screen shot, they were quite hopeless in finding a reason for the fail.
This review would have been 4 stars if I hadn't started using the online auto payment and it would have been 1 star if I had not had a much better experience over the last 4 years prior to that.
First time user of Dolphin Fitness but very happy with experience. Will use again for sure.
Hopeless. Flowers arrived too late in the day to be enjoyed by my wife as a surprise, the babysitter took delivery as they came around 9pm. You sent the wrong flowers and they were poor quality. You let me down on the day I needed your help. Never again.
In the interests of fairness, thank you for the reply. I will of course adjust the poor rating accordingly to reflect the positive after sales experience when everything is completed.
I have received a full refund, apology letter and a voucher. I have increased the review to 3 stars from 1 star to acknowledge the fact that iflorist took fully on board my complaint. Thanks.
