I used the service at Southampton Cruise Terminal. The initial problem on the drive down you are asked to call a number to sort collection - the first few times I called it was engaged and when it did pick up it was a recorded message that was so quiet I I had to stop on the hard shoulder to hear it and even then it was a struggle. When I got to the car park it took me a couple of minutes to locate a person who wore no identifying clothing and could have been anyone. He asked me what I thought of their new phone message service which apparently had just gone live and I told him it was poor; I also said they should be wearing some sort of uniform. On my return I saw the same person immediately still not wearing any distingwishing clothing. He apologised for the fact that my car (which had been very clean when I dropped it off) was now filthy; he explained that they had a new surface laid and this was the result - a very heavy layer of dust covered the car. I was given £3 in cash and business card and directions to a local cleaner which he said was 5 mins away who would do the job. This is quite disgraceful and I could not understand why they did not take it there and get it cleaned themselves. The trip computer in my car revealled that it had been waiting in the car park for more than 30 minutes before I arrived. That is not good customer service. I dont go to a restaurant and have the chef come out and tell me I have to cook my own food. I wont use them again.
