I not that most of the people who have rated this company only have on review, maybe its the staff trying to bump it up a bit. Well ordered two blu rays, two weeks later no show and no email, checked my hut account, both were awaiting "order pick". I emailed them to ask if they add oompa loompas working there as i failed to see how it takes two weeks for someone to go to a shelf, pick up two blu rays and put them in a jiffy bag unless they were midgits who couldnt reach a high shelf. I was then bombarded with emails from different customer service reps giving me different stories about the delay, one was no stock, another blamed it on moving to a new warehouse. I now have one of the discs but not the other as they are still out of stock after nearly a month!
