Not satisfied at all.

Sending envelopes packed in an envelope is really bad idea. My 60 envelopes arrived all crumpled, because it wasn't send in a hard cover envelope or carton box. So I couldn't use them anymore for sending out my wedding invitations. I'm not sure how this could happen with a company that sells only envelopes. Luckily they refunded me for the complete amount, the same day I complained about it. Last but not least. This e-mail for inviting me to review their business, arrived in French. Not everyone in Belgium speaks French. Specially not, the people who are using your Dutch version of the website.
