Absolute rubbish.
So I ordered my package on the 26th of December and I paid first class delivery (which added an extra fiver onto the cost!!) because I thought 'well the sooner the better.' I was promised I would have it by the 29th. Well on the 27th I tracked the passage and it said city link have received the package. All well and good. No update on the 28th. Then late evening on the 29th (the day i should have recieved it!!!) it said now on route to delivery. Why was my parcel sitting in there warehouse for nearly 48 hours when I paid first class delivery? Anyway it's the 31st now and the item I was promised to receive on the 29th hasn't been delivered! And it's expected for the 5th of January now! Unacceptable considering I paid for 1st class postage. Absolute crap! Will not be buying from ANY company that uses city link again!

If I ever need info on any movie IMDB is the place I go. It has reviews, critics reviews, the age certificate of the film, the year it was released, goofs, trivia, and a parents guide! It is fantastic.

I've been ordering from HMV for 3 years now and never had a problem. Always recieved my item in the next 2-3 days without fail. They are fantastic. The only thing is that sometimes their prices are a little high but that aside they are excellent. And the free delivery's great too!

Absolutely FANTASTIC!
I've ordered from amazon ever since I started using the internet. They are fantastic. Low prices, fast delivery and excellent customer service. I have never ever had any problems with amazon and if I ever did, I'm sure they would quickly sort it out. Even with free delivery my items sometimes arrive in 2 days, 3 days max. I love amazon and they are so very reliable! Thank you for such excellent service! You deserve ever order and every customer you get!

Terrible service!
I ordered a TV series on DVD from Thehut. Ten days later it still hadn't arrived. So I contacted them (because it said to wait ten days before contacting) asking for either a refund or them to send out another one.
No reply. The next day I sent another message. No reply. Then another. No reply. I was getting really frustrated at how poor their customer service is. I can only assume that either they're ignoring my email or that they have a LOT of customer complaints to get through. Anyways 19 days after I ordered it finally arrived. From other reviews I read I should consider myself lucky. However I will NEVER be ordering from Thehut again. Stick with amazon on HMV as with them the product arrives 3 days max. I can't believe this company is surviving. Poor customer service, painfully slow delivery and overall I had a very negative experience with Thehut. Never Again! Take my word! Stick with amazon!!!!
