Having tracked the order and noted that the flowers had been put into the local van at 08.30, I waited to hear that they had been delivered, but I received no notification whatsoever on my mobile or my computer until the day after leaving me wondering if they had been received or left in the van all day. I did learn that the flowers had been delivered the previous day at 2.00pm but I was not advised by Serenata or Yodel.
