I received a notification that because of my honest and well-intentioned feedback to help other users of Amazon decide who to shop with, that my account was frozen, despite my comment and rating actually being positive overall. I see this as a pathetic and dishonest attempt of this company to bolster their own ratings artificially by suppressing even slightly negative viewpoints.
For this reason I would recommend avoiding this company.
