The reviewer did not get in touch with us before leaving the following negative comments: "Seller asked to confirm my address unnecessarily before sending the item". The delivery address was simply a name at a college and it is our policy to verify incomplete addresses and addresses that do not match the cardholders billing address. Luckily we are not forced to do business with everyone on their terms.
