bike broke on the first day, contacted them by email on the next day and a provided a photo of the broken part. After sending 2 emails last week to see what was happening which I got no reply. This Monday I rang again and was promised they would call back in 10 minutes - never happened. Finally got Neill on the phone and he told me the part had been lost but would send it out today. got the email to confirm that this morning. But I did not expect to need 3 emails and 3 calls to get a simple matter resolved. Simply not good enough!!!
