It's good if you want to pay later

Application process was easy and money went in the next day, I wanted to pay off my loan in advance everywhere on the site you see an advert for an extension on your loan, I rang up the customer service that told me about extensions, no information on paying back early and quoted my balance and press a number to hang up. In the end I logged into the live chat service. The web page wouldn't load it was troublesome after at least an hour of searching the website and reloading the live chat. It eventually loaded I chose the option General query because there was no early paying options but there was an extension option, I was replied to right away and they helped me pay off the loan and was very efficient. I would appreciate it if they would make earlier payments easier instead of avoiding the subject.
