Rubbish

I am still waiting to get through after 50 minutes on the phone after they want me to pay for something I never even had. I ordered 2 items the same size as it was on offer when buying 2. When one was delivered it did not fit so i never collected the other item from collection point, as i was advised by them and returned the other. Now they are charging me and sending me letters. I rang them once and they said they would get customer services to ring me back but they didn't. Then got another call from arrears collection woman saying I will get charges added and it will affect my credit rating!!! she rambled on like it was my fault and told me to phone customer services myself as she couldn't put me through. Now still waiting listening to rubbish music which is probably costing about 10p a minute!!!! Complete rubbish. I will never shop with them again and will be telling them I want my account closed. I don't even want to give any stars but won't let me post unless I do so I will give them 1. Just found out they are charging me for the item I never even collected from the collection point!!!
