As the customer service is in the US i find the way they deal with you odd. After asking for help i have been told to contact them on another day as they cant sort it today, they don't have any urgency, or don't seem to want to help in the long term. Admittedly they aren't a long term solution, but i am wanting to sort out a short term solution to a default. Very odd. Didn't feel valued as a customer, very disappointed as I'm supposedly a platinum customer, as i have probably already paid off the capital via monthly payments (as a rollover) it just doesn't seem right. They have helped when i needed money but when i need help paying it back, sadly lacking.
