Perfectglasses
No hassle
Ordered, paid, got email updates, also emails about delivery time/date, received glasses. Glasses good, no problem.
(but it took 3 attempts to login to send theis review!!)
Hifiheadphones
Excellent
I only wanted a pair of foam pads for a very old pair of Headphones. Not surprisingly, these were not listed on their web-site, but an email query was speedily answered to the effect that these could be specially ordered, but could take a couple of weeks.
In fact they were delivered 10 days later, complete with lollipop - a very nice touch.
In another 10 yeras or so I'll need some more!
How refreshing to receive such excellent service, especially for such a small order.
