Ordered a rug a couple of months ago, was cheaper than anywhere else. Mr Kelaty called me personally to arrange a convenient date for delivery. Arrived on the right day but then realised I had ordered the wrong size. Mr Kelaty collected and replaced it with the size I wanted without further change for transport. Very happy and would order again.
Expensive item I ordered from Currys should have been delivered two days ago. DPD did not call at my door or leave a card yet their website states it was delivered and signed for my myself. So, I do not have the item I have paid good money for.
Sure, mistakes can happen but I'm not happy they have not bothered to follow up my call to them instead insisting I deal with Currys. Sure, Currys are ultimately responsible to organise replacement but you would think DPD would contact me to let me know what they are doing about the lost parcel, or at the least apologise.
