I had bought a Treadmill from Sweatband 4 years ago. Despite it falling out of Warranty, we had experienced some issues with it that we felt were inherent and should still be covered by the manufacturer - York. The way in which Sweatband picked up this issue, dealt with it and found a resultion that exceeded our expectations (a nearly new replacement) was the best single experience of quality customer service that I have been on the reeiving end of. they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish and really did go "that extra mile".
I would not hesitate to use them again.
