Awful, awful, awful

Ordered in January, expected delivery 4 weeks later. Chased after 5 weeks to be told that I hadn't paid my balance so they would never deliver the bed - apparently it hadn't occurred to them to call to confirm delivery and payment. So I paid, in good faith...3 further failed deliveries later with some lame excuse it's the mattress (dreams own) and not the bed later and I am trying to get a refund. No refund because i am not the account holder...despite them only having space on the account for 1 person and having dealt with me for 5 months...unreal - crap attitude, no information and definitely won't use them again. Stay away - save yourselves....anyone else, make it yourself, it will be faster.
