On the whole I found the experience of booking with Directferries very good. However, we want to take out dog with us and couldn't find anyway to do so on the web site. We will still take him and pay his fare, if required to do so, when we check-in for departure, but having the facility to do so in advance, would have been helpful.
That is my only criticism of what, otherwise, is a great service.
I have always scoffed at the concept of buying my groceries online, after all I like to see my courgettes before I part with my money. Having been seduced by there offer of a sizeable discount and being up to my neck in work I gave t a go.
Was I disappointed?
No way, the ordering system was easy to navigate and understand, payment secure and booking a delivery time was convenient as I could specify when my order would arrive (11-12am).
Not only did my order arrive spot on time, it was complete and having checked the produce (nice courgettes) found the quality excellent. Add to this the very competitive pricing I have to say the whole experience was A1
i knew thet sunglasses I wanted (Maui jim readers g805 -2025) as they were to replace a previous pair. Having checked the price and availability in the high street I took to the internet and having looked at numerous companies decided on the Sunglasses Shop, by reputation. I placed my order at 13.30hrs 29th May they arrived 12.30 30th May, less than 24hrs later. The Sunglasses Shop kept me fully informed of the progress of my order and when you add a saving of £58.00 over the high street price WHY GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Thanks Folks that's what I call service.
