My fiancé purchased a wedding dress after being assured that the correct size was in stock. The dress arrived 3 sizes smaller than advertised. We had this verified by two professional tailors. After calling for days on end, holding for 20 minutes at a time, being repeatedly disconnected, and promises of a "call from management" that never arrived, we are incredibly disappointed. Misses Dressy does not have the dress in the advertised size, the designer has discontinued production, and Misses Dressy refuses to even consider refunding the nearly $700 dollars they have stolen from us. We have submitted our complaint to the Office of the Attorney General. The reviews are spot on...you will be ripped off if you trust these people with your credit card number. If you carefully read their responses to complaints below, you will get a sense of what to expect...canned responses full of illogical statements that ignore your concerns.
