I had a parcel collected from Me at the beginning of November It arrived at house number 19 but in fact I did make an error it should have been 16 and that was my fault,
Unfortunately it took the week before I found out, they never contacted me I had emailed them three times and then spent half an hour on the phone And was told three times they would phone me back, I was eventually told they could not find the parcel And they would contact me in a few days time to let me know if they found it, They never did I Then phoned them again And was told that they had found the Parcel but was sending it back to me I asked could they Deliver it back to the correct Delivery address They took all The details of the destination Delivery Address, One week went by and the parcel was still not delivered, I contact them again I was told that the parcel was too big to be delivered in the car and it had to go in a van And sent back to me I told them it was just two pairs of Motor bike Boots in a small box, I was told that they will also Email me a claims form just in case the parcel Doesn't arrive to me, I am still waiting for the claims form a week later and the parcel Still hasn't arrived, It has now been just over a month and the parcel is nowhere to be seen, I have had to refund the buyer the money for the boots I've wasted my time and money, I have used myHermes for a few years now and everything was fine but I think if there is a slight problem they just can't cope with it. I just don't know how they run there business. I'll never use them again it just isn't worth the hassle if something goes wrong.
