So I ordered the green coffee beans and availed of the promo, buy 2 and shipping will be free last May 10, 2012 (or somewhere around that date). I had it shipped to my sister at a different address but she never got it. I ally accidentally deleted the confirmation email with the tracking number and tried calling 1-888-323-9355 but said the voicemail is full. I also sent an e-mail last week but never got a reply. What kind of company would not respond to a customer for for than a week? Can someone please call me to give my tracking number? I want to know what happened to my order.
