WE have used Suntransfers on NUMEROUS occasions in a variety of different Countries and they have exceeded our expectations once again.

I have used TR for a few years now booking MANY different accommodations for family and friends.
In general, it is a GREAT site and easy to use without any problems.
However, on 2 occasions I have booked apartments, only to be contacted by a member of staff who informed me that they were no longer available OR they no longer use them, which is VERY annoying.
When I book holidays I do a lot of research before deciding which accommodation to choose, then when I am told they are no longer available, I have to do it ALL OVER AGAIN, which is Very time consuming, not to mention how annoying it all is.
Why display accommodation when it may not be available??
Other than those few times, the other 90% I have booked no problem, and been very happy with. :)
Really satisfied once again not only with the products that I ordered, but also with the quick delivery!!
I had stopped taking my Vitamin Supplements, but after only a few weeks I started to feel kind of groggy,.. so I ordered more, and within a few days I was feeling back to my usual happy self again!!

We have used this Car Parking Service on MANY Occasions, and been VERY happy EVERY TIME!!
HOWEVER........ On this occasion, I an CERTAINLY NOT Happy with the charges!!
We usually go away during the out of season months, IE: March/September and we find the car parking charges VERY GOOD, and have recommended MANY friends who would normally get a lift to the airport and back.
HOWEVER...... On this last visit, we found that the car parking charges have been DOUBLED!!
This is just totally taking the PISS...........!!!
I would NOT advise people to use this service at this time of year!!
We fly from this airport approx 12 times a year, and would like you to produce a "LOYALTY CARD" this could then attract MORE customers, and you could then offer a "LOYALTY" discount, which in turn would attract more custom.....
I would certainly promote this on my facebook page. :)
On 28th December I arranged for a parcel to be collected on 2nd January.
NEEDLES to say IT WAS NOT!!
The poor bloke that I arranged for it to picked up from was house bound from 2nd, 3rd 4th as they told me they would collect the NEXT DAY!!
The weekend came and went so now we are Monday 7th January, yer they were going to come today, NOT, I contacted them once again!! They said Tuesday 8th..... NOT....they finally collected on 9th and delivered it to it's destination on 10th January!!
Good Job I was NOT in a hurry for it!!

I always fly Ryanair because their prices are a lot cheaper than other no frills flights.
However, I really do not like the service they provide to customers on the flights if they DARE to complain about any items that are faulty or inedible. I witnessed this on 3 different occasions where people asked for foods to be changed and were told, sorry that's how it is??? Eh???
Even when one was a flat can of coke, and the other was a bag of Malteesers that had gone all goey!!
Neither of these customers were offered an exchange OR refund...HOW SHOCKING!!
So.......I NEVER buy anything on the plane at all, I take my own food and drinks!! Stuff them
