Good when your website works

I am very happy will all aspects of service but there are some serious problems with your website. i have tried on different browsers on different machines and I have encountered the same problems on all devices.
I encountered the same problems with my recent order that I did prior to Christmas last year, with the basket automatically emptying just as I try to check out. It is very frustrating and it must be costing your company lots in lost sales. I have given up several times before after spending far too long trying to complete my order.
