I purchased a product on 12/04/2012 and to this date (1/06/12) have still not received my product. I contacted BeautyBay and they informed that i needed to contact my national post service however as i was not provided with a tracking number the national post service could not do anything about it. I contacted customer service several more times for more information about how i can track my order yet have had no feedback whatsoever. I am disappointed with the service of BeautyBay
