One very happy customer
First time buyer from animedirect and I am pleased to say I was extremely happy with the service. This company are genuine and very helpful. Their communication was excellent when I contacted them via phone and email. Cannot fault them at all and will certainly be using them again. They package their items brilliant and they ship out the items very quick.

Simple and easy process
I had never heard of John Greed Jewellery before till i found them via google. I signed up and brought some items and the process was soooo easy and simple. From the day of ordering, til the day i got my items was a weekend. They were super quick and when contacted, they responded quickly. They were polite and very easy to deal with. The items were tightly wrapped and were secure. I will be ordering from them again, it was a pleasent shopping experience.

Brilliant online store
Medicanimal is for me the best online pet medical store you could find. The site is easily navigated through, the customer service is so helpful and brilliant. My items were delieved within 3 days, the delivery is super fast. I wont be shopping anywhere else, my first stop will always be Medicanimal. I have no negative things to say, i was so pleased with the wonderful service.
Pet Supermarket
Good service but too slow
The only negative thing to say is that from the point ordering items to actually getting them is too slow. Their dispatching service i think needs some heavy improvement. These days ordering online is pretty quick however this does not apply to Pet Supermarket. I will certainly use them again as they are cheaper them all stores and online stores and it's easy to navigate through the site which is always good. They sell everything you could ever need to look after your pet. Just a word of warning, don't order if in a rush. Give yourself at least 2weeks with this company. They are perfectly fine if your not in such a rush. It does take a while to get through to them if you need to ring, several times the phone line went dead soon as you got through to someone, but keep trying.
To sum up, yes i will use the company again, however i will give myself a considerable amount of time.
