its so easy
the diet is so easy to do, first few days are the hardest, this diet works for me as I do not have to think about food to much, I have not felt hungry.
I ordered one day delivered the next as promised, excellent service.

I wish I had discovered Isme long ago, I love the the fashion pages, and the variety, the offers are good, I do not think other catalogues can compare, For my age group there are not many places to shop these days, so I love it !!!!!!!!!

I decided I needed to get fit, as I am 60 I realised I may have left it a bit late, but never mind I went for it, it has taken over my house but I am enjoying the experience, so see how it goes.

If you need toner, look no further. I searched a load of companies and found this a pleasant experience.
Communication was excellent, price was very competitive (I chose free delivery); delivery was ahead of that anticipated and most important the toner for my OKI was totally compatible.
