ITS WORTH PAYING THE EXTRA TO SHOP ELSEWHERE

The company phoned to agree a delivery day after purchase. Then on the actual day which i had took off work they then phoned me to say the delivery would be delayed. To cut a long story short, when they finally delivered the item there was 1 skinny van driver that asked for help in getting the oven off the van as he couldn't do it on his own. They say its to the door service - NOT TRUE. Their 3rd party courier is useless - to gain a good review a company that sells large heavy items should offer a delivery service that will put the appliance in a room of your choice like others do.

Dear Mr Jackson, thank you for leaving a review on trust pilot. I have just looked into your order and it seems you needed your oven ASAP. We advised you that our own vehicle with a 2 man service could have delivered your product within 5 days but you opted for a faster service. We informed you that this next day service was not guaranteed as we have to use a 3rd party courier company. We also advised that it would be a curb side only delivery. We can only apologise on behalf of the third party courier company you opted for us to use to deliver your product.
