Had a package delivered the other day and it was just chucked over my gate (luckily not breakable) however as we all no the weather is not the greatest in england at the best of times so yes the package got wet, really wish amazon would use a more reliable company who are not lazy...

Shambles (You have been warned)

Have been waiting for a parcel over the last couple of days i ordered from body building supplements which have given me a delivery estimate for the 31st may to 1st june but it is still not here and needed it before i go away tommorow.... I contatcted dpd and they got back to me and said it had been delivered on the 29th may ( the day i ordered) and gave me a tracking number i looked for myself as it was me who apparently signed for it and it was an old order from the 29 march. so i am still left with no parcel or tracking number!!! Very incompetent staff..

In the future i will not order from anyone who uses such a useless courier company if they can call them selves that. Hopefully companys will take note from these reviews and use a proper courier service who can do there job.... even royal snail...

Never usually had problems but... USE ANOTHER COURIER COMPANY

Ordered as usual and had the same dispatch message however not received any further messages regarding order, have emailed them but as of yet no reply.... Really needed this for holiday (tommorow).

Dpd are one of the worst delivery companies i have dealt with there customer service team track the order i recieved over 2 months ago?? and say it was delivered on the 29th may instead of the 29 march..
