Opodo helped out when I'd cocked up a flight reservation, happily passing me over to Delta's customer service team so I could shout at them. Once shouting was done and the desired result was obtained, Opodo helped me smoothly plan the rest of my trip - very impressed.
Firstly, I'd like to say that I cannot fault the process, staff, customer experience and especially the price of the car I rented - the staff at Louisville airport were friendly and incredibly helpful. My only small niggle was the car, but not in that there was really anything wrong with it, just that it was a box on wheels - nothing more.
I'd reserved a Dodge Charger or equivilant, 2 doors, 4 seats. What I actually got was a 4 door Mitsubishi Galant, 4 cylinder petrol. This of course was perfectly nice, and adequate for the job, but a little bit dry compared to the Dodge I was hoping for.
I'm nitpicking, but it's just my observation.
