Well where do i start, we placed a order for a wooden playhouse for our daughters 5th birthday with kybotech, after much debate of searching the internet we chose theirs. Made the order online and we were given the delivery date which was the day before her birthday. We thought it was a little risky but in one way in worked in our favour as it would turn up while she was at school and we could erect it in the garden, ready for the day after. However! The day of delivery at 11am my partner received a phone call saying that they need to re-schedule the order for another day,yikes. i was at work myself and told my partner to get them to ring me, i spoke to the 'manager' who was very arrogant and offered no help to this very sensitive situation,being in the landscaping business i understand logistics very well. the excuse was that the van had broken down. So i offered to pick it up off the van,to which he replied' i dont know where it is' apparently they run 30 vans nationwide with no back up measure. I really cant see how they are still trading. So with no joy we had to take our refund,take the day off work,thanks to my clients for being so understanding, and spend the rest of the day sourcing another and picking it up ourselves. I will never use kybotech ever again and will be pursuing this matter with them.
