Super Supermarket!

I shop every week at this store, with my elderly mother. Our local Morrisons Supermarket is approx. 4/5 miles away, but we wouldn't go anywhere else. The store itself is just the right size for my almost 90 year old mother, is well stocked and the staff are so helpful and friendly. We never leave without our wee cup of tea and nibble, where we find the tea room staff equally friendly.


Great all round service

I had cause, once again, to call into our local Comet, in Netherauld. This time it was to purchase my new Dyson vacuum cleaner. As usual the help and advice given was 100% and I did leave the store with my new "toy"! We went for the ball Dyson and it is even better than the one we have replaced it for, which was too heavy. Thanks Comet staff for again being so helpful and caring about our purchase.


Delightful to deal with

I recently purchased my replacement Dyson from Comet. I had cause to contact Dyson direct to register my vacuum and for attachments and cannot fault the friendly, efficient and speedy service I got. I received my extra parts within 3 days. The girl at the other end of the phone (I wish I remembered her name) would not go until I was sure I was happy with the help and advice she had given me. It's no surprise that this is the second vacuum we have purchased from these people in 6 years, which such a good and caring all round service.


Great site for dealing with

I have been buying through/from Amazon for some time now. I have had a couple of "issues" in the past with faulty/damaged goods and cannot fault Amazon for their prompt way of dealing with this. I have been sent an immediate replacement and given 28 days to return the faulty goods, at no cost to myself. What more can one expect? This is not a regular problem, only having happened twice in the last 3 years but .... well done Amazon for being so trusting and dealing with the problem so efficiently.

I'm afraid my review is not altogether positive. I ordered and received a Quest garden chair/extension/sun shade and although I have found the staff on the other end of the phone very friendly and the parcel did come when expected, I am not completely satisfied for two reasons. 1) There is a nasty, deep score on the alluminium frame of the garden chair, which has obviously been there before or whilst packaging! I don't feel it's worth returning, as I can't be bothered with the hassle! 2) When It is clearly advertised there is no extra charge for orders over £50 (mine was over £70) in the UK, I do resent the £2.50 charge added to my account. I did call regarding this, to be told it was the carriers decision as my order is in Scotland. Hey, Scotland is still in the UK!!! If it had not been for the "score" on the frame and the added charge I would have definitely given this 5/5 stars.
