DRESS WAS WAY WAY TOO BIG, NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO, WILL NOT RETURN EMAILS NO refund is allowed, they are BASED IN CHINA Not the UK. I since emailed the REAL Tony Bowls company which they told me that this website is selling fake counterfeit dresses and are illegally using images of their dresses. PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE.

Amazing service
I ordered from DREAMS.CO.UK and after a horrific experience , 45 days later and finally a refund, i ordered from tellybeds. It arrived within 2 weeks, they called to confirm they were on their way, lovely men, set up the whole thing within an hour, and they were on their way. Lovely bed, perfect service, no hassle. WELL DONE!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Preston office has awful service!
Awful awful service,, i ordered my bed, and THEN i read comments on here,, i thought. oh please dont happen to me and guess what... it did! I Waited in 5 hours, no bed showed, went down to the preston office was told, they didnt get it on the van in time!! Preston have done NOTHING to help me resolve this, and just said call customer services they will give you a refund. I have wrote to Watchdog , go onto their website and submit a review, if they get enough complaints they will look into it!!! they need exposing for the mess of a company that they are!

never turn up
don't turn up on the time slot allocated and dont call you at all, crap company , whoever runs this company needs a brain transplant and a course on management and customer service. then when i cancel my order.. and get my money back, 2 days after called me to re deliver it

DREAMS ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER
Do not order from here i ordered a bed and was told it would be about 2 months for delivery, they called me 2 months after to arrange delivery... the day came, no one turned up, they said it would be between 10-2, nothing, no phone call, i saw the reviews on here whilst i was waiting and though oh great** customer services did nothing to help, Yodel are the company who they use.... worst company and customer service i have ever had to deal with!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! the man at preston store was ignorant and rude .. i am going to contact watch dog and the paper!
