The real test of a company is how they respond when things go wrong. I took delivery of an item which was not pristine due to shipping damage. The local delivery company DPD were not at fault, they delivered on schedule as promised. Fault lay with inappropriate packaging at source. Kitchen Appliance Centre responded promptly with apologies, corrected the packaging problem and shipped a replacement product with alacrity. A very satisfactory outcome.
