Not only was the bed completely damaged upon delivery it was the wrong bed as well - spoke to Customer service and informed them, sent email with photo of damage & asked them to acknowledge - heard nothing do called them, they found email and said they would sort out and call me straight back - they never did . Now two days later and not heard from them - increadably poor service and no idea what the beds like!!!

As per conversation on Friday we apologise for the packing error with regards to the wrong bed being sent out. This should never happen. This is an in house issue which we will make sure doesn’t happen in the future.
All goods are dispatched as new and well packed before dispatch. This bed has obviously been damaged via our courier TNT which we do apologise about. We will speak to them about this matter.
As per telephone conversation on Friday we stated we are closed over the weekend and will get this matter sorted today (Monday) and informed you of the situation with regards to getting a replacement sent out.
