Having booked a room to coincide with a concert I needed to change the date when the singer for the booked date. On ringing customer services I spoke to a less than helpful adviser, who sounded bored and uncaring.
I was informed that the hotel would only change the date if I agreed to taking an extra night. If I didn't agree then I would loss all my money, regardless of the circumstances. As a result £70 was lost and I was left thinking once again, how in times of recession, companies like this can continue to give such poor customer care. Never again.
