I moved to Vodafone a couple of years ago having had problems with o2. Recently it has been impossible to get a decent signal in the house, which is near Hyde Park, or at work, which is in Marylebone. My partner has had the same problems. Their answer? Buy a the wi-fi signal booster which uses our broadband as a mini-mast. Does this work? Intermittently. But why, when we live in central London, should we need a booster at all? Calling their customer service line is a trial of patience and they deny and lie and offer nothing substantial by way of explanation for the problem or compensation for the inconvenience.
