Ordered the Bird Box camera and very pleased with the wireless connectivity. Camera is in our loft and receiver is plugged into the downstairs TV so the signal is passing through two floors and is good. Had to change wireless channel on our wireless router to reduce interference and this was helped by useful helpsheet included in the box.
Only one thing was a problem and that was delivery. Despatch timing was brilliant from the company, within two days of ordering. However they use [Link] as the courier and whilst they give you options for redelivery it can be difficult to be in during a weekday when you work. [Link] rip you off with high additional charges if you request a weekend delivery. I like companies that use [Link] as most houses are reasonably close to a Post Office to arrange collection (2 minute drive for me). [Link] nearest depot was no where near my house and I had to drive a 40 mile round trip to collect my camera - not acceptable and costly in petrol and time.
Ordered a Heritage solid oak toilet seat which was considerably cheaper on this site than competitors. Delivery was prompt and in the evening when I was in which was perhaps a bit of luck.

I have been in touch with my contact at our courier company (TrustPilot does not allow me to name them) and they have admitted they had a few little system issues around the time of your delivery - you may have noticed some other similar reviews around the same time as yours! They have assured me everything is fine again and they're back to their usual top notch standards.
We are always more than happy to contact our couriers on your behalf should you have any problems - and in some cases it's better to go through us as we can discuss things like weekend charges with them.
