I've had the displeasure of TWO dire experiences at the hands of Talktalk: in brief, faulty service, inappropriate collection of funds, charges for services not used, rude, unhelpful staff, hours of call time waiting on hold, fighting for over 6 months to get my money back & general incompetence with all-round shoddy customer services. You may now ask how I could've had two occasions with them? Weren't they bad enough the first time? Ooohhh yes! But unfortunately my account was changed to Talktalk when I moved house, for nobody informed me that Talktalk had taken over Tiscali. Had I known this I would not have attempted to transfer the account with my house move. Seriously, I cannot express how much of a shambles this service is. I'm sure there are those out there who would sing nothing but praises, but twice in one lifetime is more than enough for me.
