Shouldn't have to pay to try something on
Ordered jacket and didn't fit ...ended up costing 10.00 to return it as had to insure due to cost. It's impossible to know what something will look like from Internet so there should be free returns considering the price of the items.

I bought some dresses in various sizes as there is no way of knowing how the sizes will fit or how the dresses will look but the returns policy is to take £2.00 for "restocking" per item. I hope I have misunderstood this but if I had realised this I would never have purchased anything from this site as it is impossible to be 100% sure about an item of clothing before trying it on. To be charged £2.00 per item returned is unacceptable and I will certainly not be buying anything from this site again or recommending it to anybody else
