i recently shopped at DUNELM in Blackpool,not imight add for the first time , i should have known better ,bought a new duvet cover ATHENS in TEAL when we got home we found you also need a bedspread to go with it so i went back to the store and they diidnt have one however the lady said she wouldorder one and it would be in 5 - 7 days later.I got home and received a phone call from the lady apparently they have stopped dong this item so it couldnt be obtained anymore, however she did suggest i go online and see if it was avaliable at another store, i did this and lo and behold it is in stock in PRESTON so i rang the store and spoke to the lady she said she would check ,she rang back and said yes they have it in PRESTON so i said could it be transferred to blackpool for me to pick up, oh no she said we cant do that you have to go to PRESTON yourself ,PRESTON is a 1 hour bus ride away so i asked if they could post it to my home address again i was told no .I eventually went online and ordered the item from DUNELM MILL and they have taken my money and said it would be delivered post free i await this with little hope .this is not the first time we have had problems with this firm their customer service is appaling you can wait forever for someone to serve you and this is not just my opinion many people i have spoken to have said the same many have just walked out in disgust
