Great service could have been excellent- if expected delivery date had been given.

We ordered on Friday and our bbq arrived Monday which was great. Only problem we found, there was no mention of an expected delivery date on the website or on the order confirmation so we had no idea when to expect delivery.

Not knowing when to expect delivery we gave our telephone number with our order asking that we be contacted before delivery but this didn't happen?
