Awful every time!!

I have had so many problems with BT, every time their customer service is a complete let down. I have lost track of the number of hours wasted...and thats just getting through to someone who speaks english. I have had mess up with orders, incorrect bills, charged for services already cancelled, misold products, it just goes on and on. Sort your act out BT!!!

Does what it says - STRESS FREE

I've used many meet and greet services at heathrow and this one was by far the best. From booking on the easy to use website, to the drop off and collection of the car.......this really was a stress free service! I would without hesitation recommend them!

Amazing service!

Why have I never used meet and greet before it is so much better than using the airport's car park, just turn up at departures and they take the car, they even took my suitcase out for me! Best of all when we returned the car was nice and warm despite Manchesters gloomy weather! Amazing easy to book service that I would highly recommend.
