I was looking for a sofa for my first floor flat, I have narrow stairs and corridors so Nabru was an amazing find, the selection on the site was great and easy to make. After the order was place it was first confirmed on email and the next day by phone. On the day of delivery the driver called when about 30 minutes away, was very helpful too. After unpacking and taking to the room for assembley it took about an hour to put together. Cannot fault their service
Okay, like most I was initially impressed with their wonderfully swift service, however I had a niggling issue with the phone, so at first went via T-Mobile, while several advisers there weren't help I spoke to David who went through everything with me. So I tried in futility to deal with BuyMobilePhones.net, after speaking with a male adviser he was rude and disconnected the call. After calling back I spoke with Rebecca and then Angela (a Team Leader no less), well to say they don't understand the problem is obvious, they would tell your the sky polka dot coloured if their policy says so. They have ZERO interest in sorting out the problem, ZERO customer service skills, the call to them lasted just shy of 2 hours and it would have been far more productive of me to either headbutt a wall continuously. They bar far are the most frustrating company you could ever have the misfortune to encounter.
