Wonderful tour package

This was one of my best tours. we were 2 couples booked 7D/6N package and every thing went fine. We lost 2 days because of strike in Kerala, but still we enjoyed being there. Our driver Nickel was very helpful. All the hotels were good. We liked the house boat so much. It was life time experience, the food was great and ambience was excellent.
Beach at kovalam was very clean and well maintained. But it is sad that the beach closes by 18.00
We also went to Kanyakumari and watched the sunset. It was a wonderful experience..
It was a remember able tour.
I can recommend this company.

Every thing went OK

Ordered RTX Dual phone on 21st Nov on skype and received the phone on 1st Dec total 7 working days which is their promised delivery date. They communicate when it was picked up by courier and when it would reach me.
The packing was good and I had received the phone in good condition.
The purchase went very good and I don't have any problem in recommending chatandvision.com.

Good internet connection

I am satisfied with the internet connection and it is also cheap compared to rest of providers. But they take lot of time to provide the internet connection after signup 3-4 weeks (I guess it is because of TDC)
But I am happy with the speed and clarity of the telephone line.

I had purchased many elctronic goods online. What I like most is various options to recieve the purchased item.
The website is very easy to use. I never had any bad experience with them.
One positive feedback could be, when an item is delivered home, the mentioned timings are 8-16. But, it could be very nice, if you can send us sms or give 2 hour time slot instead of waiting for complete day.

Just cheating

I went to Bilka onestop to buy a notebook, the sales man was very friendly and explained different laptops. There was an offer for Acer laptop and he told us that This is a good laptop and if you don't like it, you can return it in 30 days. I was so happy and without any hesitation I purchased that laptop.
The laptop is generating too much heat and the closing lid was closing too fast.
So immediately I went back to Bilka and told the problem. The guy said OK, we will inspect it.
After 5 days, I got an SMS that, the laptop is ready to pickup.
When I asked if they rectified the problem, they said, it is normal and there is no problem to fix. Then I told them that, I don't want this laptop as I am not satisfied with it. The guy in the reparation said he can only refund 90% of the price.
This was not mentioned when the sales man sold it to me. He never said, I only get 90% of the cost of the item, if I return it in 30 days.
I didn't even used it, this is unfair to loose 10% of the price (without even using it).
Bilka really cheated me.

I didn't really understand the meaning of returning in 30 days. How I can be unsatisfied with the product without opening the package and look at it?
Should I just look at the package for 30 days and keep thinking about it it and return it? This doesn't make any sense at all.
Anyway, I will not use bilka again

Now I have spoken to Bilka Onestop and they tell me, that the reason why they could only refund 90 % of the price to you is to be found in the fact that you have opened the packaging.

In that case the computer has lost some value for us and therefore we can't return the full amount.

I'm fery sorry about this and I hope this has cleared some questions. If not, I have promised to tell you, that you are welcome to contact Bilka Onestop again.

Even though they promised to send the phone and sim in 2-5 days, I had received the sim card in 7 days and phone in 11 days. I still give them 4 stars because, they wrote to me about the delay.
It could be better, if they mention about the delays, while ordering the phone.
They need to improve on the customercare service.

I need to use it little more before I recommend Oister to my friends.

Very good toys

They have wide varities of toys for the kids and my kid loves to go to this shop especially one in Gentofte. I hate to go here becuase, it is impossible to bring my kid out from the shop :). They are cheap compare to other stores in Copenhagen. When we want to buy a toy, we only think about Toys Rus..
