BT offer discounts to new customers but nothing for loyal existing ones. I have a slow broadband speed and bills I cannot understand. I am fed up of being asked to unscrew the BT phone point and do the engineers job by a person in a call center thousands of miles away. My teenage daughter was back from Uni and over used my broadband allowance, BT would not allow a bigger allowance package unless I signed up for another 18 months (she was only home for 3 months) so charged me at a high rate for that period.I will be looking for a different supplier as I feel let down.
My house is difficult to find (by other couriers) Yodel drivers find me, are pleasant and if I am out leave a card saying where they have left the parcel (again in a sensible place).They dont take it back to a depot and make a meal of when they can re deliver. I am always pleased when I find my parcel is arriving by Yodel rather than some of the other companies.
